Please list all individuals who are authorized to pick up your child from camp.
Only the people listed below will be permitted to pick up your son/daughter.
A valid photo ID is required at the time of pickup.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up! If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, please note the following: All cancellations must be submitted at least 21 days before the camp start date (by June 15, 2026). A doctor’s note is required in order for a refund to be issued. Cancellations made after June 15, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Any processing or registration fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Because we plan staffing, space, and equipment well in advance, we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation."
Parent/Guardian Consent (Required)
By submitting and electronically signing this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I give permission for my child to participate in all activities, programs, and events operated by Because We Can Sports and its partners. I authorize Because We Can Sports staff to provide basic first aid and non-emergency medical treatment if necessary, and in the event of an accident, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize staff to obtain emergency medical care for my child if I cannot be reached in time. I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or accident. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Because We Can Sports, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liability arising out of or related to participation in any camp, clinic, league, or event. I understand and agree that my child (and/or I) may be photographed or recorded during activities and events, and I grant permission for Because We Can Sports to use these images and/or videos for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, flyers, banners, and other materials, without compensation. By clicking I ACCEPT, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this consent, waiver, and release of liability in full.
